3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of services on taya774, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account. taya774 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taya774 immediately through the contact options available on the FAQ page and change your password without delay. taya774 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage to confirm account ownership.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of taya774, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not:
- Provide false information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without explicit written permission from taya774.
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
- Share your account credentials with any other person or allow third parties to access your account.
- Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.
taya774 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on taya774 — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports local payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, InstaPay, and PESONet bank transfer. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to your taya774 account are from legitimate sources and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. taya774 does not accept deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. taya774 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or terms violations may be withheld pending investigation.
taya774 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment channel and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network issues outside of its control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: taya774 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, taya774 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure: taya774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, abusive conduct, or failure to pass identity verification. Users whose accounts are closed due to terms violations may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable policy.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting taya774 support through the channels described in the FAQ section. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
Changes to Terms: taya774 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform where practicable.
